About Us
QAP Testing Center is a DTI-BPS-recognized testing laboratory, independently operating and dealing with construction materials, ceramics and ceramic products, wood-based panel products, and sanitary wares. Our goal is to provide accurate, reliable, and efficient testing services to our clients, ensuring they have safe and quality products to share with Filipinos today.

Our laboratory specializes in dealing with construction materials, ceramics and ceramic products, wood-based panel products, and sanitary wares.
Plywood
PNS ISO 12465:2017 – Some key tests conducted are bending strength, moisture content, formaldehyde emission, and bonding quality.
Ceramic Tiles
PNS ISO 13006:2019 – Some key tests conducted are water absorption, modulus of rupture, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance.
Ceramic Plumbing Fixtures
PNS 156:2010, PNS 2085:2011 – Some key tests conducted are surface integrity, flush volume, load testing, and hydraulic performance.
BI and GI Steel Pipes and Steel Tubes
PNS 26:2018, PNS 2145:2020 – Some key tests conducted are hydrostatic testing, zinc coating thickness (for GI), and tensile strength.
PE Pipes
PNS 4427:2002 Amd. 01:2002 – Some key tests conducted are melt flow rate, carbon black content, and hydrostatic design stress.
PVC Pipes
PNS 65:1993, PNS 14:1983, PNS 1950:2003 – Some key tests conducted are flattening, burst pressure, impact resistance, and longitudinal reversion.
